Prices and other costs

The standard Japan plan costs ¥900 per month including tax. The Double plan costs ¥1,800 per month including tax and shares twice the allowance across family profiles. The standard plan is intended for about three games a day for roughly 30 days. Actual game counts vary with conversation length and audio reuse. This allowance is separate from earned Banana XP. New one-time purchases are not offered. You are responsible for internet access and data charges.

Payment and delivery

Purchases use Apple’s in-app purchase system. The introductory trial starts after subscription confirmation, and your Apple Account is charged at renewal after the free period. If an introductory trial does not apply, the terms in Apple’s purchase confirmation control. Allowances are applied after Apple and our server verify the subscription. Restore purchases or contact us instead of buying again if it is not reflected.

Renewal, validity and cancellation

Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, with up to 21 games on the standard plan or 42 on the Double plan, shared across family profiles. Reaching the game cap does not start billing earlier. Unless canceled, the selected plan renews automatically at its monthly price after the trial. Monthly allowance expires at the next renewal and does not roll over. You can cancel anytime in Apple subscription settings. Review the final price and introductory-offer terms in Apple’s purchase confirmation. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds for digital services follow Apple’s application process and conditions. Contact us about faults or delayed purchase recognition. Your statutory rights are not limited.

Requirements

A supported iPhone or iPad and an internet connection are required. Supported operating systems are listed on the App Store page. Microphone permission is required for spoken answers.
