Design Concept
everyday,better by creatives
Design rooted in the power of creativity—going beyond shaping products and services to engage with how people live and how organisations work, with consistent involvement through implementation.
Design in Startup

Identifying diverse challenges and opportunities across business activities
Identifying diverse challenges and opportunities across business activities, then shaping better outcomes by bringing ideas to life. Drawing on design in its broadest sense, I approach every challenge and opportunity with a design mindset and create holistic solutions spanning strategy through to expression.
User Loop
Experience & Movement Design
To create an ideal cycle of service experiences, we designed and implemented every touchpoint—from the transmitter and holder to the packaging, app, and service design. Through ongoing community design in the places where the service is used, together with collaborations with outdoor brands and mountaineering organizations, we sought to grow the value of safety and security into a broader social movement.
Company Loop
Organization & Business Design
To support the design activities described above, we built a design network in collaboration with freelancers and design firms, while advancing the development of a design system and a no-code production environment. We also promoted cultural development through the formulation of the MVV and management principles, partner facilities, and community hubs.
Design for Traditional Values

Carrying inherited values into the future
Nohgaku is a traditional Japanese performing art passed down largely unchanged for more than 600 years. This project uses the power of design to contribute to its continuation and evolution. Through interviews with Shite, Waki, Kyogen, and Hayashi performers, as well as artisans who create the costumes and fans that support Nohgaku, we articulated the values that should be communicated today and established the brand statement. We then developed and implemented communications rooted in these brand values for COVID-recovery initiatives and overseas performances.
Shared Foundation
Heritage to Core
We interviewed Shite, Waki, Kyogen, and Hayashi performers, as well as artisans who create the costumes and fans that support Nohgaku. From these conversations, we articulated the values of Nohgaku that should be communicated today and established a brand statement. The logo symbolizes the four performing roles and the four pillars supporting the Noh stage. Together, these elements were organized into an identity foundation for future communication.
Cultural Outreach
Core to Society
Building on the established brand values, we designed communications to bring the value of Nohgaku to wider audiences through design direction for COVID-recovery initiatives and overseas performances. The aim was to communicate its value clearly to people unfamiliar with Nohgaku and to audiences from different cultural backgrounds.
